Do I need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist?

No referral is needed – patients can book directly with us. However, some medical aids may require one for reimbursement.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your ID, medical aid details (if applicable), and any relevant scans, reports, or referral letters.

What can I expect during my first session?

Your physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment, discuss your symptoms, and begin treatment or design a personalised treatment plan.

How long is a physiotherapy session?

Sessions typically last between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the condition and treatment required.

Do you accept medical aid?

Yes, we work with most major medical aids. Please confirm with reception when booking.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies depending on your condition, response to treatment, and personal goals. Your physiotherapist will discuss this with you after your initial assessment.
